WINTER PSSA FORM

Dear Families,

Winter PSSA training details with permission links for either early release for AM bookings OR late arrival for PM bookings;

• Wednesday: Tiger Tag 8am-9am on Oval

• Wednesday: Football (soccer) 8am-9am on Softfall

• Thursday: Junior Netball 8am-9am on Netball Court - DEBASCA side

MORNING CARE: Please be sure to complete the following form if your child needs to be released early from DEBASCA for morning PSSA Winter Sport training.

• Thursday: Senior Netball 3.05pm-3.45pm on Netball Court - Lovell Rd side

AFTERNOON CARE: Please be sure to complete the following form if your child will be attending LATE for afternoon PSSA Winter Sport training.

Please note, children cannot be released OR marked as a late arrival, unless we have written permission.
