APRIL 2026 VACATION CARE PROGRAM - BOOKINGS NOW OPEN

April Vacation Care Dates: Monday 6th April - Tuesday 21st April 2026.
Closed: Monday 6th April (Easter Monday)
​Booking Period:
Week 7 - From Monday 9th March, 3pm - 13th March, 5pm (unless booked out prior)
$10 late penalty will apply to bookings submitted after the cut-off date.
Please complete one booking form per child.

Please Note - Due to space and staffing, Vacation Care will give priority of bookings to Current Families to book and only opening to New Families pending availability. This is to ensure we work within our capacity and provide consistent options of care for our current families before opening up to new.

Important Reminders
DEBASCA UNIFORM: is compulsory for ALL excursions. This may be requested for purchase through the booking form.
NON- NOTIFICATION: If your child will be absent for any given VAC day, please inform the centre by 8.30am on excursion days and 10am on an in-centre day. A non-notification fee of $10 applies if you do not let the centre know of your child’s absence.
ARRIVAL TIME: For all excursions, please be at the centre by 8:30am. We CANNOT wait for latecomers, as bus times must be kept to schedule.
BYO - Wide Brimmed Hat and Water Bottle for ALL DAYS.
BYO - Bring your own - Morning Tea (M/Tea) for ALL DAYS.
BYO - Bring your own - Lunch where advised on excursion days. ***NO NUT Products permitted***
