How Do I Enrol?

Steps to Enrol

STEP 1
Complete the Waitlist Application Form below.

STEP 2
DEBASCA Admin will then contact you once a place becomes available, with instructions on how to complete an Enrolment Form.

STEP 3
Please ensure you have your CRN, your child’s CRN, immunisation record, and any Medical Management Plans available, in order to complete the enrolment process.

STEP 4
If your child is affected by any court orders, please provide a copy of those orders to the service.
