SUN PROTECTION

Please be reminded that our Sun Protection Policy will be enforced whenever the UV level is 3 or above (generally all throughout September-April). Hence, children must have a BROAD BRIMMED SUNSAFE HAT to play outside in the sun.

They will also be encouraged to wear sunscreen (either applied at home, or at the centre), and reapplied througout the day.Children who do not have a hat will be asked to play under the COLA (Covered Outdoor Learning Area) or inside.

Staff and children are expected to wear both a sun safe hat and sunsafe clothing (covering shoulders and necklines).

Please make sure your child has a broad brimmed sunsafe hat everyday so they can enjoy outside play.
